Bob, has been an officer and director of various New York Stock Exchange member firms since graduating from St. Peter's University with a B.S. in Philosophy. He founded his own investment banking firm, Swartwood, Hesse Inc., and later in 1992 founded the Dorchester Group, Inc. Complementing these initiatives is a platform of 40 years of transactional experience in Venture Capital, reverse mergers, and Investment Banking. In 2005 Bob was appointed CEO of Natural Health Trends. Since then he has advised several companies on public policy and market strategy.
Marilyn's leadership style has had her spend over three decades advising-to, partnering-with or investing-in early-stage companies in diverse sectors globally. She has spearheaded a range of initiatives including capital formation, mergers and acquisitions, and cross-border public listings in the United States, Europe, Asia and Africa. Notable start-up successes include the sale of Notorious Magazine to Sean Combs, the sale of Teevee to a UK Public company, and board member of Intelligent Toys, an artificial intelligence company.
Gary was the Honorary Chairman of the Business Advisory Council in the State of Minnesota and a former member of the Presidential Roundtable. A successful entrepreneur, Gary was given the "Inventors Recognition Award" for the "Most Innovative and Best New Invention" for 2017 by the International Housewares Association. With several patents pending, Gary has been nominated to receive the Top CIO 100 Award for 2019. He was responsible for leading new product development as a corporate expert regarding new compelling consumer driven products. In food production, he has developed new products and designs from recipe through launch both in-plant and with co-packers for the industry. Covered critical operation & process issues as well as formulations, packaging and costing. Managed project timelines; coordinated all stages of product implementation among marketing, sales, production, finance and engineering, to ensure the successful introduction of products into the marketplace. He has owned and operated businesses in international finance, consumer packaged goods, and sales and marketing around the world.
Bernie is a business and systems analyst specializing in large scale change management and technology systems across various manufacturing industry sectors. Has headed up large teams and consulted to several multinational enterprises on behalf of Anderson Consulting/Accenture, PWC, Coopers & Lybrand and Unisys to name a few. Bernie brings extensive expertise in Manufacturing Processes, Enterprise Management and Resource Planning as well as cloud based technology, marketing and management systems and how this impacts and effects corporate methodologies.
Dr. Deepak Kotak, also known as Dee, MA(Oxon), MBBS, FRCA, MRCP, LLM served as Executive Vice President of BioElectronics Corporation. He has invested in healthcare companies for over a decade and writes about emerging companies and science for PropThink. He serves as an Advisor of The Boss Group and a Consultant at Blackstone Valley Group. Dr. Kotak has a broad medical background and perspective as a specialist in intensive care medicine, anesthesia and trauma. He provides leadership and management for the RecoveryRx product line as well as undertaking medical affairs, clinical research and new product development activities. Dr. Kotak served as Chief Medical Officer of TraumaTec. an occupational safety and first aid training agency.
Dennis is an extremely qualified executive with excellent experience across several industries as well as being an early investor into the company. He is a CPA with strong skills in financial, banking and insurance operations. A few years prior, he was divisional CFO with Cargill, one of the largest privately held corporations in America. Dennis was responsible for tracking and predicting all financial operations with import and export of grains, egg and several other products, while conducting audit, projections and estimating of all futures contracts. His value to the group is immeasurable. Mr. Papp has additional experience in writing, underwriting and servicing captive insurance as a prior business owner in auxiliary fields.
Lisa Ewart is from Hudson, New York, where she works as a full-stack developer and social media manager for multiple startups. She also designs, develops, and manages websites for clients, including artists, musicians, and small business owners. She has 10 years of experience as a software engineer with a focus on mobile apps using React Native and uses a mobile first approach to website development. She has been an active volunteer in her community for various non-profits for 15 years, including several years as a disaster recovery coordinator and case manager in New Jersey.
